ESTABLISHING WATER/SEWER AND GARBAGE SERVICES
In order to obtain service in the City of Cedartown, the following information must be provided to City Hall:
- Name
- Photo Identification
- Secondary Identification
- Mailing Address
- Phone Numbers
- Social Security Number
- Place of employment and address
Download the water service application for your convenience. Bring the completed form to City Hall to establish your water/sewer and garbage service.
