The primary goal for this department is to seek voluntary compliance from the citizens of Cedartown in adhering to the Code of Ordinances. This goal is achieved by following all rules and regulations that promote health, safety, and the general welfare of its residents.
In order to achieve voluntary compliance, I am responsible for educating the public as well as eradicating the problem. When people are aware of the rules and regulations, they usually comply with the law. However, there are times when citations must be issued to gain compliance.
Finally, this office represents a better quality of life for all the residents of Cedartown, and together we will continue to make that top priority.
